The first lesson is free. If it’s already booked, let us know about rescheduling or cancelling through the channel where you received the booking confirmation.
Rescheduling and cancelling paid lessons
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson and it stays in your package.
With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, the lesson counts as used.
If your teacher cancels, we reschedule or refund that lesson, whichever you prefer.

Refunds
First-lesson guarantee: if your first paid lesson isn't right for you, tell us within 48 hours and we'll refund the whole package.
After that, payments are not refundable. Lessons not taken within the package's validity period expire. If your teacher cancels a lesson, the cancellation rules above apply.
Group lessons are a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the close of the month you have paid for, with no further charges. To cancel, use the subscription management page with the email you paid with, or email [email protected].
To use the guarantee, email [email protected]. We reply within 5 business days and send refunds to the original payment method.
